1. Order online or download order form then fax to (852) 30074809
2. Receive Notice of Order through email or fax
3. Make deposit according to the Payment Method listed on the notice of order
(deposit is minimum 30% of the total amount)
4. Upload photos through FTP or email to: info@cardland-hk.com
5. Design layout will be sent to you by email within 7 working days
6. After proof reading, revision and final confirmation, customer needs to pay
the balance before the printing process begins.
7. Get cards after 10-15 working days (there will be 2-3 extra working days
if delivery is needed for overseas customers)
Ways to Pickup Cards:
Local Customers
- Pickup cards at our office
(by appointment, San Po Kong industrial-commercial area,
close to MTR station of Diamond Hill)
- Pickup at at the Diamond Hill MTR station.
(For other stations on the same MTR line please contact us)
- Express delivery for normal office area
(Orders of HK$500 or below: Express Fee HK$15, $501-$1,000: $30, over $1,000: $50)
Overseas Customer
- Products will be delivered by "Registered Airmail" or by "Hong Kong Speedpost"
We will quote delivery charges according to the SpeedPost
Payment Methods:
1. Bank deposit / ATM / HSBC e-bank transfer / Cheque (For HK customers only.)
2. Credit Card / PayPal payment - In $HKD only (For both HK or overseas customers. )
-After confirmation of your order, we will send you an email invoice through Paypal.
Customers need to pay 4% Paypal transaction fee.
( Product price + Shipping charge + Paypal charge 4% = Total amount )
